We spent some time to make this review once was too early to have any conclusions, and now I am ready to say that Palm Lake is an amazing place, since the first day when we visited we had a really good feeling. The staff are very friendly and the maintenance team make a rude difference! They work so hard every single day to keep this place as this review (5 stars) Cruz, Zimri, DARIO and all the team. Last week they was washing all the external stairs to keep the place clean and pleasant, and this is AMAZING! Our neighbors RIGHT NOW is very respectful and follow the RULES! We barely listen any noise that is really IMPORTANT to us, also NOBODY is SMOKING in the units or near to us. The amenities are very well maintained and clean! The price is fair! All units have air conditioner that is awesome! They have laundry room, at this building where we live, is working very good and always clean! Some units have laundry inside, I think those that have 2 bedrooms, would be 100% good if all units have their own laundry machines. But I guess they are working on that The location is a PLUS in my opinion, once you have everything basically in front of the complex! 5 min away you have TRAILS and beautiful MOUNTAINS to enjoy the end of the day with a beautiful sunset! If you have lucky to take the View of Mount Diablo you will love. This year we got snow on the Mount Diablo so was awesome (see pictures). For those who come from San Francisco or around, will feel that here is definitely warmer, is very good that Karl the Fog is not around, at the same time you will miss it once some days like today cross the line of 100f, but you get used to it. THE WILD LIFE here is very special, you have visit of many species of Birds, so prepare your camera for good shots 📸. Fot those who enjoy Mountain Biking is awesome as well, 3 min away you can acess the Contra Costa Canal Trail and many others 🙌🏻🤘🏻🚲 Right now I just can say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE TEAM and hope they keep this amazing work! As a Google Local Guide I definitely RECOMMEND this place!!! And I will definitely give an update in 6 months hope for a complement only with positive things. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time I’m renewing my lease at Palm Lake. A huge shoutout to Niche and Kimberly for being such a great help for my lease transfer process. I need to travel internationally for a month or so, and they’ve been super helpful with everything. They’ve both gone above and beyond in listening to my concerns and providing the best services I could have ever imagined for. As an immigrant, I’ve rented many apartments all over the US and Palm Lake, by far, is the best. I’ve been lucky to find this gem of a place. For as long as I live in Concord, I’ll keep renewing my lease with them. Beautiful sunset view, so many palm trees, birds chirping in my balcony eating the food I put out for them and the amazing lake view are some of my favorite memories from living here, filling my apartment with positive energies. Last but not the least, maintenance staff is amazing too. They are quick to respond, very attentive and friendly. Enjoy this beautiful picture from my balcony 🤩

I have lived here for 5 years and really appreciate the new management and maintenance staff we deal with... Zimry, Cruz and the rest of the maintenance team are the BEST!!!... Whenever we have an problem or a need, this staff responds quickly and urgently, often fixing and giving more than we requested... They deserve 5 stars for the exceptional service they provide, and I highly recommend this complex!!! Randy Haight

Great service and great customer support and great experience. Kimberly the best helping my family feels right at home. Great and beautiful place to live and raise a family. Very clean inside and outside the apartment complex and community. We’re very grateful and excited to call Palm Lake Apartments our new home. Thank you for everything from the beginning to the end. Forgot to mention that the front desk staffs are friendly and helpful plus courtesy and kindness. The first day I toured the place I was very impressed and were happy to witnessed it and lived there now. The maintenances are great and helpful. Myself and my family are very happy and very grateful for the opportunity to lived there and experience all the wonderful things. Can’t thank you enough for all the great things you’ve done.

Palm Lake apartments has been a wonderful home for my family and I this is our 3 year living in this wonderful place we call it home. The management team are great people specially Kim Arzadon she’s such great human being who cares and goes beyond, her work I have the privilege to go to her and I know I can count on her, living here and having her be part of this experience has been awesome.
